What You’ll DoYou will support client satisfaction and internal operations by coordinating projects, managing inventory, and ensuring service level expectations are met. Acting as an extension of the Account Manager, you’ll maintain momentum across client interactions and team workflows while fostering collaboration and consistency.
Your ImpactYour work ensures clients receive exceptional service and timely solutions, strengthening trust and long-term relationships. By keeping projects on track and inventory accurate, you help prevent disruptions and maintain operational excellence. Your ability to guide team members and uphold standards contributes directly to departmental success and a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory across multiple product lines, including replenishment and reporting.
- Assist in project management for campaigns and custom client initiatives.
- Prepare notes and documentation for client calls and departmental meetings.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Uphold SOPs and assist in updating processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Work Experience:
- 3–5 years in project coordination, client services, or similar roles
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Multi‑family industry experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
- Detail‑oriented approach to documentation, proofing, and quality control.
- Ability to influence and guide team members without formal authority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with MIS platforms like PACE.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments.
