What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide consultative advice to customers and optimize client performance through strategic portfolio management
  • Build strong partnerships and alignment with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Develop and maintain organized client management plans and pipelines
  • Train new customers on products and technology platforms to ensure effective usage
  • Monitor customer spending behaviors and implement strategies for performance improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Seven to ten years of client support, relationship management, or sales experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to meet performance and revenue goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a sales role or a strong desire to transition into sales
  • Knowledge of credit card or commercial card products and services
  • Broad understanding of bank products and services for relationship expansion
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups and vendors within the organization
