Field Operations Analyst
The Field Operations Analyst supports field leadership by managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across construction projects. This role is highly software-focused and serves as the primary subject matter expert for the company’s Bridget platform, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable collaborating with Field Operations Managers to translate field information into actionable insights.

- Serve as the primary user and subject matter expert for the Bridget software platform.
- Transition and reduce reliance on Excel by fully utilizing Bridget for field operations tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Field Operations Managers (FOMs) to gather operational data and ensure accuracy.
- Enter, organize, and maintain detailed field data within Bridget to support operational clarity.
- Analyze field operations data to ensure information is complete, consistent, and meaningful.
- Generate and distribute a standard set of weekly reports to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, reporting efficiency, and system usage.
- Ask clarifying questions during meetings to ensure full understanding of field operations and data needs.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing and reporting operational information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations analyst, field operations support, data analyst, or similar role.
- Construction or general contracting knowledge and experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with business software and data systems.
- Experience working within operations, reporting, or field management software (e.g. Bridget, Procore, or similar systems) preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable reports.
