Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Pega Lead Business Architect, based in Trenton, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. The Pega Lead Business Architect will oversee and manage business architecture activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements, designing and analyzing business processes, and serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful execution of Pega‑based solutions.

The role also focuses on providing expertise in business analysis and driving enterprise strategies effectively.

• Strong expertise in Business Architecture and Business Process design
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing Business Requirements with advanced Analytical Skills
• Solid experience in Business Analysis to guide decision‑making and process improvement
• Proficient understanding and hands‑on experience with Pega systems and solutions
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Pega architecture are highly desirable
