- Strong expertise in Business Architecture and Business Process design
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing Business Requirements with advanced Analytical Skills
- Solid experience in Business Analysis to guide decision‑making and process improvement
- Proficient understanding and hands‑on experience with Pega systems and solutions
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Pega architecture are highly desirable
