• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or a similar quantitative field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in the customer care sector
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong business judgment, entrepreneurial drive, and attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively

• Experience using Looker, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Familiarity with subscription business models, marketing-driven businesses, and web analytics
