This opportunity is in the Client Engagement department
The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer.
Role DescriptionImagine a role where your analytical mindset helps shape and strengthen long-term relationships with Safety National's clients. As a Client Engagement Analyst
, you'll serve as the bridge between data and strategy—leveraging engagement metrics, feedback, and performance insights to drive proactive service enhancements and business growth. You'll create dashboards and scorecards to monitor client health, identify retention risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. You'll work closely with internal partners and Client Engagement Managers to design customer success strategies and refine the client journey across its lifecycle.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Analytics, or a related field.
Required Qualifications:
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
- 3 or more years of experience in client engagement, account servicing, analytics, or underwriting support within commercial insurance or related industries.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy structures, client lifecycle management, and commercial lines of business.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with commercial P&C, workers’ compensation, or excess casualty products.
- Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with claims analytics, loss run interpretation, or retention modeling.
- Understanding of customer success frameworks and engagement scoring methodologies.
- Prior experience in data automation, SQL querying, or CRM reporting integration.
- Insurance industry certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, or AIS preferred.
