• Control the full procurement lifecycle for FF&E and educational supplies, from vendor evaluation and competitive bidding through purchase orders and invoice verification
• Manage warehousing, staging, kitting, and fulfillment workflows with third‑party logistics partners aligned to launch schedules
• Monitor shipments continuously, address disruptions immediately, and confirm delivery completeness, condition, and readiness prior to installation
• Develop and maintain repeatable workflows, standard operating procedures, and tools that minimise defects, compress lead times, and optimise launch costs
• Communicate delivery progress, risk factors, and process enhancements to cross‑functional launch teams and senior leadership
