About the Role
Join our team as a Cruise Coordinator, helping clients design their perfect vacation ’ll provide personalized recommendations, match clients with the right cruise line and itinerary, and ensure each booking runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries and accommodations.
- Offer guidance on excursions, activities, and onboard experiences.
- Manage reservations, documentation, and pre-travel preparations.
- Support clients before and during their trips.
- Stay current on cruise line promotions, destinations, and training updates.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
