About the Studio Business Development positions...

Evolve Studios is an independent, Emmy Award-winning production company crafting original films,television, branded content, and commercial storytelling.

We are hiring two professionals (mid-level and senior) to grow our business in brand storytelling and industrial content development. These roles will expand on Evolve’s success in delivering premium creative work to some of the world’s largest platforms and brands – but with a unique opportunity:

Evolve has traditionally grown almost entirely through word-of-mouth and referrals. This means there’sa huge untapped market of brands, agencies, and corporate clients who have yet to experience

Evolve’s creative process and distinctive product. This is your chance to open those doors and bringthe Evolve difference to new partners.

What you'll Do:
  • Drive Growth Using Evolve’s Portfolio
    • Leverage our award-winning work to connect with new prospects across branded content, commercial, and industrial storytelling.
  • Identify and Engage New Partners
    • Scout, prospect, and build relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers who align with our storytelling capabilities.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Combine inbound referrals and outbound prospecting to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Agency Pitches & RFPs
    • Participate in capabilities presentations and RFP responses, collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver compelling proposals.
  • Expand Current Client Relationships
    • Deepen partnerships with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities and extend Evolve’s value.
  • Pitch Development
    • Create tailored decks, proposals, and presentations that align Evolve’s creative capabilities with client objectives.
  • Industry Awareness
    • Stay current on trends in branded content and marketing to strategically position Evolve with emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Handoff
    • Work closely with internal teams to transition new business into production and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
What We're Looking For:
  • Background in Branded Content or Production
    • Experience in business development, partnerships, or account management within branded content, media, or film/video production.
  • Should Come Prepared with Opportunities
    • Ideally bring existing contacts, relationships, or target leads that can accelerate growth from day one.
  • Self-Starter with Strategic, Entrepreneurial Drive
    • Ambitious, resourceful, and proactive in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and independently pursuing new business.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Understanding of content production and how brands and agencies leverage storytelling for marketing and internal communications.
  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Comfortable pitching and presenting to both creative teams and executive decision-makers.
  • Proven Sales Track Record (Preferred)
    • Success in generating revenue is valuable but not required; ability to open doors and connect with the right partners is most critical.
  • Passion for Storytelling
    • Genuine enthusiasm for film, branded content, and connecting clients to transformative creative experiences.
  • Travel Flexibility
    • Primarily hybrid/remote-friendly; occasional travel (around 25% or less) preferred for client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • OTE Range: $75,000–$250,000 annually (base + commission, commensurate with experience and performance)

Location:
  • Hybrid role based in Franklin (Nashville), TN with flexibility for remote work. Periodic in-person collaboration and occasional client travel expected.
