Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week with flexibility for remote work. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance unless accommodations are provided by law.
How you will make an impact- Migration of data mining concepts and ensuring new systems meet department needs.
- Auditing claims payment to identify over payment scenarios.
- Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
- Develop project plans and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit.
- Work with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing.
- Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
- Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.
- BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of WGS claims processing, reimbursement policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a research‑oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Salary Range$71,200 to $122,820 (applicable to the specified locations)
