Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week with flexibility for remote work. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance unless accommodations are provided by law.

• Migration of data mining concepts and ensuring new systems meet department needs.
• Auditing claims payment to identify over payment scenarios.
• Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
• Develop project plans and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit.
• Work with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing.
• Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.

• BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of WGS claims processing, reimbursement policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a research‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
