Position Overview

As the Business Development Director, you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our portfolio. Your market analysis and networking expertise will help us identify and capitalize on new opportunities to elevate our business. Can work from home the majority of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers and industry partners.

• Interview potential new clients, assign them to property managers, and follow progress.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.

• Work with Real Estate Brokers, Google Ads, Yelp, Facebook Marketplace, and other business growth avenues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine business strategies.

Qualifications

• Washington Real Estate license required:
Property Management or similar experience required.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
