ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM:
As a strategic partner to our GTM, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will provide guidance across the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving People initiatives that support SEON’s growth, operational excellence, and core values.
This role offers flexibility and can be based in Austin, TX with a hybrid schedule, or remotely in the US on either EST or CST time zone, including occasional travel to our other offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Business Alignment:
Serve as the primary, trusted advisor for an assigned business unit, deeply understanding their product roadmap, commercial objectives, and translating these needs into proactive People plans (resource gaps, L&D needs). - Org Design & Talent:
