Job OverviewAs a Branch Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for clients and will assist the financial advisor in identifying and solving client challenges.

Role SummaryProvide seamless administrative support, manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and help ensure a positive client experience.
Support and Development- Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor.
- Wide support network from branch to region to home office.

- Deliver exceptional personalized service via calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Assist in annual business planning and strategy development.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and act as a sounding board for client life events.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, including events.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle account transactions.
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials, and support marketing initiatives.
- Help streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability.
- Conversational skills and strong digital‑tool utilization.
- Team collaboration and strong computer literacy (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Competitive pay:
Hiring Minimum: $28.35;
