Job Overview
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. As an essential part of the client support team, the BOA provides administrative assistance to one or more advisors, contributing to a positive client experience and the overall success of the firm.
Role SummaryYou’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a seamless workflow for advisors and clients alike. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
- Support account management tasks: opening accounts, processing transfers, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Manage appointments, prepare client meeting materials, and support marketing initiatives for the branch.
- Assist in the annual business planning process, identifying opportunities for additional services and marketing activities such as events.
- Update standard operating procedures and execute branch business plans to streamline processes.
- Use technology tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
