I’m Niko Kramer, and I’ll be your wingman in building a team that’s UNSTOPPABLE! With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company.

I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

• Build and lead a team of loan officers.
• When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting.
• Especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU.
• Assist in running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching.
• Teach file structuring; educate like a BOSS.

• Experience as a Processor (great, but not a deal‑breaker).
• Master of Conv, Gov, and Non‑QM.
• Fluent in DU/LP.
• Know Fannie/Freddie like the back of your hand.
• Winning attitude; we don’t do losers.
• Relentless work ethic; hustle HARD.
