We’re growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts and drive new business nationwide.
Position Overview:As a Sales Manager at iCore, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by recruiting, training, and leading a high‑performing sales team while personally cultivating new business opportunities. You’ll help shape the sales strategy, optimize outreach processes, and ensure that our clients experience the full value of iCore’s SaaS and billing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Agents to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our national customer base.
- Identify and onboard new dental practices that can benefit from iCore’s SaaS and billing solutions.
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social media, and industry networking.
- Conduct virtual demos and discovery sessions with dental offices.
- Manage team performance, pipelines, and reporting in Hub Spot CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth client transitions and satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Proven experience in sales management or business development (B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or dental industry preferred).
- Proficiency with Hub Spot CRM (pipeline management, reporting, automation).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
- Results‑driven and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental billing, RCM, or dental office operations is a major plus.
