- Manage a portfolio of high‑value partnerships, monitoring performance and resolving issues
- Analyze client and partner data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or strategy roles within insurance or financial services
- Proven success in managing high‑value client relationships and executing strategic initiatives
- Experience in influencing internal partners and coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
- Master’s degree and CPCU designation preferred
- Familiarity with structuring partnership agreements and data analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and mobility sectors
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment
