We are a Silicon Valley-based outsourcing company that provides innovative and strategic solutions for our clients. We are looking to grow our BPO unit by providing high-quality outsourcing solutions to clients across the globe. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This role will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that will help us grow our customer base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the BPO industry
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the leadership team on sales pipeline and progress towards revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry and trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
