In this strategic role, you will lead the development and growth of a high-impact partner ecosystem across the region, driving joint value creation around data intelligence and governance solutions. You will work at the intersection of business development, technology, and go-to-market strategy, shaping how partners collaborate to deliver trusted, data-driven outcomes. The position offers strong visibility, regional influence, and the opportunity to build long‑term alliances that accelerate revenue and market expansion.

You will operate in an international, fast‑paced environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and innovation. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Travel and cross‑functional engagement are key components of the position.

Accountabilities
  • Recruit, build, and scale strategic channel and alliance partnerships aligned with data intelligence, governance, and observability objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing executive relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring long‑term, mutually beneficial collaboration.
  • Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co‑developed solutions, integrations, and partner‑led initiatives.
  • Drive partner enablement and execution by working closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
  • Analyze the partner landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps, continuously refining partnership strategy.
  • Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback to inform partnership evolution and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Report on partnership performance, pipeline impact, and strategic progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within data management, data intelligence, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, data platforms, data integration, analytics, and data security concepts.
  • Proven ability to build and grow partner ecosystems from the ground up, driving partner‑led revenue and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated strength in relationship building at executive and senior stakeholder levels.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.
  • Multilingual capabilities and comfort working in international, multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25 percent to support partners, customers, and internal initiatives.
