- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment
- Strong bias for action and high standards in performance
