• 5+ years of experience in commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive clear insights from data
• Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Experience working within the Healthcare industry
• Proven ability to support and enable sales teams
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and sales automation tools
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
