Job Overview

As a Branch Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for clients and will assist the financial advisor in identifying and solving client challenges.

Branch Address: 10924 Mukilteo Speedway Ste B, Mukilteo, WA

Role Summary

Provide seamless administrative support, manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and help ensure a positive client experience.

Support and Development
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor.
  • Wide support network from branch to region to home office.
  • Independent work with a large team backing you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service via calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Assist in annual business planning and strategy development.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and act as a sounding board for client life events.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including events.
  • Maintain accurate client records and handle account transactions.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare materials, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Help streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability.
  • Conversational skills and strong digital‑tool utilization.
  • Team collaboration and strong computer literacy (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

  • Competitive pay:
    Hiring Minimum: $28.35;
    Hiring Maximum: $34.31.
