Regional Sales Manager ‒ Eastern Washington

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to serve as a strategic and performance-driven leader responsible for driving profitable growth through independent agency partnerships in the organization’s Eastern Washington territory.

Location: Remote work during our core Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Hiring Range: $113,867 - $140,381

Salary Range: $113,867 - $161,333

The hiring range represents Mutual of Enumclaw’s current hiring pay scale for this role. Mutual of Enumclaw reserves the right to modify or update this range any time. What You’ll Do
  • Lead sales growth and profitability in your region by partnering with independent agencies.
  • Cultivate and strengthen agent relationships through coaching, mentorship, and strategic planning.
  • Identify market opportunities using data and analytics, and implement creative strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support new agencies to ensure long-term success.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for agency development, product expertise, and competitive positioning.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or related experience, with a strong background in Washington’s independent agency channel.
  • Proven ability to grow relationships, drive results, and lead with influence.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CIC or other industry certifications a plus.
