• Support relationship‑building with carbon removal suppliers, acting as a trusted point of contact
• Communicate technical, often scientific, concepts to a non‑expert audience with clarity and confidence
• Assess inbound leads and support supplier onboarding and contracting processes (coordinating closely with the Science, Growth, and Technology teams)
• Collaborate closely with senior team members on larger, more complex opportunities
• Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies

• Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done
• Clear and confident communicator — experience or interest in negotiation or partnerships is a plus
• Desirable:
  Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)
