Do you love bringing new products to life-and knowing exactly when it's time to sunset them? Are you energized by juggling launches, seasonal items, and data-driven decisions that keep inventory fresh and costs low? As a Production Control Analyst II
, you'll sit at the center of planning, execution, and analytics-making sure Litehouse products hit the line at the right time, in the right quantities, with minimal waste.
- Plan, schedule, and execute non-standard production items (e.g., herb shippers, caramel shippers, seasonal and LTO products).
- Manage production planning activities for product launches, transitions, and discontinuations.
- Serve as backup support for the Production Planning and Scheduling team.
- Monitor and manage expiration risk for Litehouse-manufactured products, coordinating with cross-functional partners to minimize waste and cost.
- Support the Production Control Manager through data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Maintain and coordinate inter-facility transfers to support product launches and transitions.
- Partner with Demand Planning and Scheduling teams to develop executable production plans.
- Resolve material and supply issues in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams; elevate risks as needed.
- Collaborate with Customer Focus Teams and participate in cross-functional meetings.
- Develop Excel-based reports, analyze large data sets, and provide operational and supply chain recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Production Control.
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in a business analysis or analytics-focused role within demand planning, scheduling, procurement, or forecasting (preferably within perishable goods).
- 1-3 years of experience supporting product launches and transitions.
- Proven experience working with large, complex data sets across multiple data sources.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, manage competing priorities, and support time-sensitive execution.
