Japanese Head Spa, a leading company in the hair care wellness sector with a prominent international presence, seeks a Commercial Expansion And Franchise Manager to lead the growth strategy in Mexico. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, focusing on the acquisition of franchisees and the development of new business opportunities in the country.

• Define and implement the expansion strategy and franchise acquisition in Mexico.
• Identify business opportunities and potential franchisees at a national level.
• Manage the negotiation process and closing of franchise contracts.
• Conduct market studies to identify strategic areas of growth.
• Advise and support franchisees during the opening and consolidation process of the units.
• Develop strong relationships with investors and interested business owners.
• Collaborate with the international team to ensure consistency in the expansion strategy.
• Prepare periodic reports on the results and evolution of the franchise network.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial positions and/or franchise expansion.
• Deep knowledge of the market and its business context.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, franchise acquisition, and closing agreements.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely, managing your own schedule.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset and results orientation.
• Availability to make occasional travel if necessary.
