Tailored Brands Compensation Role
At Tailored Brands, we're rebuilding the compensation practice and evolving how we make pay decisions. We're looking for an Excel savvy individual that has experience in compensation (Retail is a PLUS!). In this role, you'll be able to develop your compensation skillset from everything to job descriptions, base pay, and both short- and long-term incentives. This role can be 100% remote anywhere in the US.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver Consultative Analytics and Administer Pay Programs
- Provide detailed analysis on existing programs and proposed new/adjusted programs
- Support the administration of the company's pay programs, including: base salary, promotion and adjustment increase process, short- and long-term incentive programs
- Partner on driving a consistent job evaluation and leveling process
- Participate in annual salary surveys and analysis to deliver against market pay data requests
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Recruiting on employment contracts, new hires, promotions, and market adjustments as well as pay policy and guidelines
- Partner closely with HR Operations on system requirements and data exchanges
- Consider and recommend inter-departmental and cross-functional process improvements
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills able to identify themes and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions
- Detail orientedable to provide accurate data and concise analytics
- Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented, professional, and fast paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience. Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or in progress
