Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales to achieve booking targets and company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and concerns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years in a hunter sales capacity selling big data.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving quota.
  • Strong understanding of Epic and its implementation in healthcare settings.
  • Excellent relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with strategic sales (analytics experience preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales automation tools.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
