ABOUT YOU

You are a true team player who thrives on working on different projects at the same time while hitting deadlines. You enjoy interacting with clients and seeing an event come together after meticulous pre‑planning. You can source and negotiate supplier costs, fully support the event team throughout the project lifecycle, and research cost‑effective solutions while keeping up to date with innovative and creative event ideas.

You deliver while maintaining a cool, professional manner.

THE ROLE

Coordinate high‑impact, profitable client events using third‑party resources across preparation, planning, and delivery, consistently exceeding client and business objectives. Support the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider business with social media marketing and content development.

GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Hybrid working (Monday and Friday work from home)
  • 1 hour flexible start/finish time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT COORDINATION
  • Ensure all critical deadlines are met for each project
  • Assist across all elements of a live project, which may include logistics, virtual, production & AV, content, and exhibitions
  • Delegate management, including creating registration websites and apps
  • Manage attendee invitations and communications
  • Data reporting
  • Source and liaise with third‑party suppliers
  • Assist project managers in creating and circulating key project documents to all stakeholders
  • Travel onsite as part of a team to assist with event delivery
  • Deliver first‑class customer service in line with clients’ objectives
MARKETING SUPPORT
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in executing the social media marketing strategy
  • Design, capture, edit, and post engaging content across social media platforms
  • Contribute to creative idea generation for social media
  • Stay up to date with current trends
  • Assist with other marketing materials as required, such as emails, newsletters, blogs and case studies
CLIENT LIAISON
  • Attend and document client meetings and site inspections
  • Assist with preparing event proposals for clients
  • Create and send timely registration reports and feedback summaries to clients
  • Assist with the preparation of planning materials for client meetings
  • Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop a basic understanding of clients’ businesses and products
PROJECT FINANCE
  • Research and negotiate with suppliers
  • Obtain invoices from suppliers for approval by project managers
  • Ensure compliance with company and client invoicing processes
  • Submit accurate expenses in line with company expense policy
COMPANY
  • Demonstrate core company values and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Develop a good knowledge of the company’s range of services
  • Comply with all company and client policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols
