Overviewof the role
The purpose of this role is to generate profitable sales and achieve sales targets within the business to business market. The company also provides various other services and although you won’t focus or be targeted on these areas, you will be rewarded for any deals closed. You will report to both the commercial manager and the operations manager.
Key responsibilities- Actively manage the sales process within company guidelines
- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for 360group to agreed quarterly targets
- Present 360group to potential clients through telephone calls, emails and face to face meetings as well as being supported by our commercial manager who will work with you on lead generation projects
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and additional documentation, in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure knowledge of the company’s products and services, attending training when required;
- Keep up to date with issues affecting the telecoms industry & collect competitor intelligence and market research
- Networking, arranging meetings to discuss leads
- A genuine desire to win new business and knowledge of the industry preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication skills and proficiency in selling to close
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to develop relationships at senior level
- New business sales with structured sales plan and experience
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Longevity in previous roles with evidence of excellent performance and success
- Minimum 3 years (required)

- Keep all notes up to date on CRM
- Deal with any customer queries quickly and efficiently, submitting and monitoring requests as necessary
- To work in close liaison with all departments and communicate updates and actions regarding customer accounts with line managers
- To be honest, trust the integrity and professionalism of your colleagues and customers and be respectful of each other
- Undertake other duties, either in addition to or in place of your current duties, as necessary in order to meet the needs of the business
- Manage your own work diary and show effective time keeping and efficiency
Flexible home based working will be discussed.

This position is subject to a satisfactory 6 month probation period.
