• Manage a portfolio of high-value partnerships, monitoring performance and resolving issues
• Analyze client and partner data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or strategy roles within the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven success in managing high-value client relationships and executing strategic initiatives
• Experience influencing internal partners and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets

• Master’s degree and CPCU designation preferred
• Familiarity with structuring partnership agreements (e.g., fronting, large deductible, TPA)
• Experience working with data analytics or client insights platforms to drive strategic recommendations
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and mobility sectors
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
