In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a client-facing team comprising Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists within a centralized operating model. Accountabilities
  • Lead & coach a client-facing team of bookkeeping and payroll staff.
  • Own client experience standards to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Implement and enforce operational excellence and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage capacity and workflow to optimize labor efficiency across the business.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and publish insights to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Uphold compliance with policies and elevate risks accordingly.
  • Identify process gaps and propose changes for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture within the team.
  • Lead special projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience with 2+ years of people leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong operational acumen with proficiency in SOP implementation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results under pressure.
