We’re looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to join our fast‑paced team. This is a hands‑on role focused on identifying and unlocking new revenue streams and driving measurable commercial impact. You’ll work cross‑functionally to bring strategic ideas to life, from concept to delivery, coordinating with product, tech, and marketing, and ensuring seamless delivery of commercial projects. This role will give you the opportunity to build relationships inside and outside of the business.

You will bring on new partners and lead on relationship management. The wide nature of what we work on means there will be constant learning opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Partner Acquisition & Contracting: Source, evaluate and negotiate new partner opportunities aligned with the growth strategy and manage the end‑to‑end contracting process.
  • Lead & Own Partnerships: Own partner relationships including tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Market & Data Insight: Lead market analysis to anticipate future trends, translate data into actionable strategy, and spot new opportunities for innovation.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

Act as a connector between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of growth plans.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the commercial impact of initiatives, using KPIs and dashboards to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements that accelerate commercial delivery and scale.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Proven experience in a commercial or growth role within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong executional mindset—comfortable managing multiple projects and driving them to completion.
  • Commercially curious with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and data‑driven, with experience using insights to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working across ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Commercially astute, with knowledge of trading levers and performance drivers.
WHAT REWARDS ARE ON OFFER
  • Up to 27 holidays + bank holidays.
  • Pension up to 6% employer contribution.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • Digital Doctor on demand.
  • Work from anywhere scheme – 2 weeks per year.
  • Financial coaching.
  • Mental health platform access.
HOW WE’LL INVEST IN YOU

We’re invested in your development. Expect mentorship, training, and opportunities to expand your skill set, including access to your own individual Linked In Learning license with access to over 16,000 courses.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
  • 30‑minute call to run through your experience and the role in more depth.
  • 60–90‑minute interview including a task that will be sent out prior to you and both competency and behavioural questions.
