  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree or CPCU designation
  • Familiarity with structuring partnership agreements (e.g., fronting, large deductible, TPA)
  • Experience working with data analytics or client insights platforms to drive strategic recommendations
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
