Senior Product Manager

• Develop and communicate a holistic product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals
• Guide Agile developments as the Product Owner and manage the product backlog
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate priorities effectively
• Identify opportunities for asset improvement using metrics and qualitative input
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on product vision and strategic road mapping

• Minimum of 5 years of product experience
• At least 5 years of experience with the software lifecycle
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced domain experience
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant experience
• Strong business acumen for P&Ls, along with excellent communication and conflict management skills

• 3 years of experience with agile processes
