We’re looking for a Job Link Project Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves turning big ideas into organized, impactful action. You’ll help shape strategic projects across the Job Link program, with a major focus on building smooth, effective administrative systems that support former foster youth and formally incarcerated individuals. You’ll collaborate closely with Job Link leadership, Career Coaches, and partners in the Housing Choice Voucher team.
You’ll also take the lead in keeping our data and files in top shape, coordinating compliance efforts, and driving smart strategies to meet grant and regulatory requirements.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vocational and/or educational counseling, social work, human services, or case management is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business or related field, OR may substitute an additional five years of relevant work experience for the required degree.
- Audit Job Link client files to ensure program compliance.
- Track program client files through renewal, exit and graduation process.
- Monitor time-sensitive enrollments of special-purpose voucher holders.
- Conduct special projects at Job Link's management request, prepare and present reports.
- Lead and coordinate complex administrative and business operations for the program.
- Review program goals, ensure alignment with the agency mission, and recommend policy or process updates.
- Oversee and streamline service delivery across programs.
- Plan and manage special projects, producing clear reports and updates.
- Conduct research or analysis at leadership’s request and present findings.
- Guide and support staff on program-related issues.
- Represent the agency at meetings with legislators, community groups, and stakeholders; share information and respond to inquiries.
- Contribute to program planning and resource allocation; offer feedback to staff and leadership.
- Provide and maintain onboarding training materials and practices.
