What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Drive product adoption and monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams on renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align on goals and outcomes
  • Maintain CRM and Customer Success tools for visibility and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a SaaS company
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value
  • Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms

  • Experience in strategic account management within a technology-driven environment
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Proven track record of building long-term partnerships with clients
