- Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand regional priorities
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features tailored to the client base
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must-have
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
