- Establish a compelling and clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s mission and strategic goals
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather insights and deliver high‑quality features
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency or brokerage experience is essential
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
