• Establish a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high‑quality features
• Continuously manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current client needs and business objectives
• Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably focused on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must‑have
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
