• Establish a clear product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on client needs and market trends
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
