• Establish a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features tailored to client needs
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction
• Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future development efforts
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is a must‑have
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
