• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of new features and enhancements
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer feedback
• Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and product specifications for the development team
• Own product performance and continuously assess product performance metrics to optimize for business outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in product development for the insurance sectors
• Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative 0 to 1 products to market and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience with intelligent document processing technologies and business orchestration and automation solutions, such as Workflow, OCR, IDP, RPA, and AI-driven document analysis
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams when necessary
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality work product
