Job Summary
This role leads strategic initiatives within the Category Development department, focused on ESG reporting, supplier relationship management and category strategy that align with sustainability and carbon reduction goals. Responsibilities include emissions reporting strategies, data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management – Establish systems for gathering consistent supplier, travel, waste and other value‑chain data.
• Strategy Development – Work with category teams, operations and other departments to find and implement decarbonization strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance – Prepare internal stakeholder and external reports (e.g., GHGP, CSRD).
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with suppliers and customers to encourage and influence participation in emission reduction efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in supply chain, category, sustainability or related field; experience with carbon measurement methods preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to extract insights from complex data using advanced Excel Drops skills.
• Ability to influence through direct and indirect teams.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Up to 5% travel annually.
