Job Summary
Compass Group Corporate Services is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development who shares our values, wants to work with a team of winners, has a competitive spirit, and is committed to contributing to the overall success of our teamnesia. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Associate Director will support the Regional Sales Directors in the sales process by generating leads, developing prospects, assisting with complex proposals/bids and contracts, and supporting the Vice President’s with special projects to win new business.
This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, sales‑focused individual seeking to grow into a Regional Sales Director role and is commission eligible. The ideal candidate will be remote based in California or Texas; however, any city on the western half of the US near a major airport will be considered.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + commissions
Remote location:
California, Texas, or other western US major‑airport areas.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors tbody? to win new business.
• Identify new business opportunities and targets across several verticals and lines of service.
• Conduct extensive prospect research using a suite of online research tools.
• Convert viable targets into active sales processes using Compass sales methodology.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM.
• Participate in and support proposal development/bid response, including strategy sessions, site tours, creative development, financial modelingelongs and rehearsals.
• Support contract processes.ร์
• Travel required – can fluctuate between 20% and 50%.
