What you’ll lead:- Strategic partnerships with EORs, law firms, HR tech, and beyond
- Go-to-market strategy for our new HR compliance tech tool
- High-value commercial deals and new business development
- Working directly with the Founder to shape our direction
- You’ve built or scaled a B2B service or tech business
- You understand European HR, compliance, or SaaS
- You thrive entrepreneurially and in remote-first roles
- You want part-time, performance-based work with clear revenue upside
- You see yourself evolving into a CEO or equity partner in a thriving consultancy
- You love connecting people and closing meaningful deals
