- Perform verifications upon oath/affirmation.
- Take acknowledgments.
- Witness or attest signatures.
- Certify/attest copies.
- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Notary Public certification and a clear background check.
- Experience notarizing loan documents.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, cool under pressure, strong communicator, and honesty.
- High-speed Internet connection.
- Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
- Home office setup.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
$125.00–$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
