Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role as an Account Recruiting Manager, based in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Recruiting Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage client accounts, and ensure alignment between hiring needs and business goals. Responsibilities include cultivating strong client relationships, sourcing and recruiting top talent, coordinating hiring efforts, and maintaining seamless communication between stakeholders.

The role requires effective multitasking, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills to deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficiency in recruiting and hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates
  • Experience in account management, with the ability to oversee and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management or IT Operations is a plus
  • Familiarity or experience with managed services, SaaS solutions, staffing industry or IT professional services
