• Develop, execute, and manage the global partner program in alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with the Global Partner Program Lead to define program principles and objectives
• Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure program consistency and scalability
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to leadership
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive program adoption and engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or related roles within IT distribution or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of global partner ecosystems and channel dynamics
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in global roles with cross-cultural collaboration
• Familiarity with partner incentive programs and program governance
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
