Our client, a fast-growing removals and storage company in Southwest London is seeking an exceptional International Sales Manager to lead the expansion of their services into the international sector across London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the company’s international removals division.

* Drive sales performance by generating leads, securing new clients, and negotiating contracts.

* Manage the entire sales process, from client consultations to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.

* Handle operational aspects, including administrative tasks, logistics coordination, and ensuring service excellence.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

* Oversee the setup and management of the international division, including recruiting and mentoring team members as the division grows.

* Collaborate with leadership to align the division’s goals with the company’s overall strategy.

Requirements:

* Proven track record in international removals, with a strong focus on sales and operational success.

* Sales Expertise:
Strong ability to deliver high conversion rates and adapt to client needs.

* Management & Operations:
Some experience in operations and team management.

* Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Thrives in a start-up environment, handling varied responsibilities across admin, sales, and operations.

* Hybrid Role:
Flexibility to work both remotely and from the office, with some office-based days required.
